The question: Why are guys so reluctant to date – at the very least, approach – a woman with a disability? We have the same wants, passions, desires and (gasp! I’ve seen the stares from guys — and I’m not talking about seductive stares either, here.

Reason I ask is an acquaintance of mine has been asked out by a disabled man that has a decent job in an office and lives on his own, however he does have a disability.A few years ago, I used to blog under a different account, It was general ramblings about the things that entered my head, nobody really read it, or took much notice. Pesonally I see no reason for a pity date as JJS is suggesting just to make someone feel good.
